NO Class! ! !

I wasnt really happy with anything this evening.

Unhappy Hostess, Old Lady Waitress, Confused Manager, and cold food.

HOW could this be?, all in one night, in one spot.

Upon my arrival I was greeted as if I was a bother to the hostess interrupting her conversation she had with the waitress.

My family and I was sat with no menu. I waved down some man and told him that I needed a menu, I think he didnt understand english and told me to wait. I stood up and got my own menus.

Our waitress arrived and didnt offer drinks, I had to ask for it. I also asked for specials of the evening and she said let me see if we still have. Waitress never came back til 8 minutes later with no reply in regards to the question I asked about. I thought okay she has a bad memory , whatever.

We ordered, food came out cold, sent it back, still cold, sent it back again, waitress giving attitude like Im a bother. Im keeping my cool 2 minutes pass than 5 minutes pass, WHERE'S my food? once again I stood up and asked for a manager, the waitress asks me WHY?...... what a "DitZ"....... I didnt explain my self.

Manager approaches our table I explained the situation and he shows little response. All he said was let me talk to the server Thank you......his grin was like the Cheshire cat in Alice in Wonderland a fixture on his face that is embedded there for life with no expression.

Im angry, lost my appetite, my server sends another server to give me the check.

No apologies from my server, No offerings for dessert.........HORRIBLE! ! !

NEVER EVER will I set foot in there again.

GENERAL MANAGER needs to do some MAJOR face-lifts in that unfriendly environment.

Service slowly improving

Denny's Pearlridge service have made leaps and bounds over the past couple of years. In the past, you were literally ignored from the host to waitress to the manager. Now everyone seems eager to help. The food is your typical comfort food and they have enough variety on the menu that should please everyone. This one is frequented by the military and its dependents because of its familarity. My recommendation though, is drive a quarter-mile down to Anna Miller's Restaurant for better quality food and better service.
