disappointing, not worth the hassle every month

VERY disappointed with organization and professionalism or this company. Billing statements are not clear. Have used bottled water companies all over U.S. and every month there was some issue with menehune. *I left one empty out for a scheduled delivery, they left 2 bottles. I called about the extra bottle and was told he couldn't come back to get it for a week even though I called that morning, then I was charged for the water and $10 deposit even though I never used it and it was picked up. * Left my 2 'free' coupons on the bottles and they were not notated and I was charged. Called to correct the bill and customer service rep was rude and had a condescending tone with me as if I was an idiot. *Delivery left 2 bottles on my scheduled delivery date even though I didn't leave any empties or ask for this automatic service--charging me the extra $20 for deposits. * When I signed up initially, I was told she could get me more free bottles after my 4 month trial, but after 4 months she said we'd be going month-to-month and didnt need a contract and we did not get more free ones. Just not worth the hassle!!!
