Sunflower Lounge

Great place with a "Cheers" ambiance. I recommend for local folks to go visit!!!

I don't usually go to the bars that often. But when I do, I like to go to the Sunflower Lounge. I know that the bar is runned by Korean ladies but it's not like a regular Korean bar where I, as a female would be run out of because I would probably ruin someone's nikkohano business. That's just because I'm Ms. Aloha. Anyway, I really like Sunflower Lounge because there are a LOT of regular patrons that frequent the place. How do I know? Because whenever I stop in, about once every 4-6 weeks I still see them, they still remember me and I get back into the groove with the group like I was just visiting yesterday. The drinks flow, they have great pupu's and the staff over there are really nice ladies. Another big thing: the staff is looking out for you. Want to make sure that you have a way to get home safely. If you're starting to tank down the drinks too fast they offer food to you so that the drunk doesn't overtake you. It's just a fabulous place to hang out and drink for a few hours. I definitely bring my cooler, more mellower friends over there.
