Tropical fish and my two cents.

They are probably the largest wholesale/retail facility of this type on Oahu.

This place is primarily a wholesaler and of recent they have started to concentrate on their retail sales by upgrading warehouse facility and creating a web site etc. They import fish from the Christmas Islands, Philippines, etc. and purchase local. They are then routed to other retailers in quick rotation. I have not had success in keeping the fish alive that I have purchased from them over the years. I believe that this was due to the fish being overly stressed, so they tend not to eat, are prone to have parasite problems from the common water that circulates through all their holding tanks or suspect that they receive fish in a weaken condition due to questionable catch techniques used by some of their suppliers. If you are willing to take a chance, the benefit is that their prices are somewhat fair. Their employees turnover all the time and I have not had the confidence in talking to them that they are experts in tropical fish husbandry. Do yourself a favor and quarantine and medicate if needed. I have been in this hobby for 15 years+.

• Pros: Mostly salt and some fresh water fish for sale.
• Cons: Stressed fish do not live a long happy life.
