Poor Quality items.. They just dont take care of their items. Tables look like they were hand made from cheap plywood, old rusted legs and feet. Just look at their lot filled with old junk. Spliters were coming out of the items! How hard is it to put a finish over the wood ??? I wouldnt use them again, there are sooooo many other Companies to choose from.

HUGE LATE CHARGE! OUCH!. I rented a helium tank for $89 from them and forgot to return it the next day. I understood that I would have to pay a late fee -- but the late fee was $44.50! I was shocked! I returned it as soon as I could the second day and for the extra day of "use" of an EMPTY helium tank it cost me 50% of the rental. I guess business is business, but I felt that this was a completely unreasonable charge since i couldn't really get any more use out of it. Go to Party Pizzazz down the road -- better hours and service!
