"Pets Etc."? Is that the most impersonal and unfriendly thing they could come up with? Sadly, "impersonal and unfriendly" also describes the attitude of the people that work there. What's even worse is that I think it's the owner that is always there and so rude. If offensively poor service (I had to beg her to put down the phone long enough to answer my questions; apparently chatting with her girlfriend was more important than the customer's needs) isn't enough to turn you off, the selection is very spotty, and the prices are ridiculous. I'll never go to this place again.
Pros: none. really.
Cons: service, selection, value. all non-existent.
