Horrible Customer Service, Shopped at Nohea Instead

I visited this store twice during our two-week visit to Oahu. The bottom line: nice art, horrible customer service. I ended up across the street at Nohea, which has equally beautiful art, and more of a gallery atmosphere, with unique pieces. I also visited Nohea's location at the Ward Warehouse during my stay -- a beautiful store, with pleasant and knowledgeable salespeople.

Disrespectful towards Artist

I agree with jf K's review. the establishment is rude , disrespectful and dishonest with their artist's. They order merchandise in a panic with rush on shipping .Then the owner tells untruths about sending payment. i am having a very difficult time getting paid. no response to emails or phone calls. when i do reach the owner Mary she tells me check will be sent. twice now . do i need to have my lawyer contact them ? Get with the program Island Treasures and respect the Artists that create your living. we have bills to pay too !
