Jo Matheson is THE best. She has been a realtor and property owner in this area for many years and offers an incredible amount of local area knowledge and the hind story on properties throughout the greater Kailua/Lanikai area. She's direct, thorough, and no-nonsense. What impressed us the most were her ability to negotiate and execute our deal quickly and her willingness to provide personal, full service that was invaluable to us before AND after our purchase. We bought a year ago and she continues to follow up and offer her assistance and referrals to reliable contractors and service providers that have done excellent work for us. She's amazing!
