Horrible experience with this company ever since I bought my HYUNDAI SANTA FE. ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS GALORE!

Best Service On the Island.
I recently moved to the island and was looking fo a dealer to service my car. When I drove in they were just great. I was greeted courtesly, they listened to me and then recomended the best service
alternative for my needs at the best price. My car was done on time and for less money than they estimated. A first for me.
They gave me a report on the condition of my vehicle and a couple of services that I will need in the next 60 - 90 days. They made an appointment for me to return.

Does not return phone calls.. If you want to get your car looked at get ready to spend weeks trying. Everyone expects to pay more when using a dealership, but why does it have to be such a hassle. Same complaints as the last review- they take their sweet time and since you rarely get them on the phone you will be waiting for a call back- WHICH WON"T COME. At least the "service advisors" (desk girls) are helpful (NOT)- I swear they treat you like you are a criminal instead of a customer- they can at least try to be pleasant when I fork over $900 for an alternator.…
