Horrible experience with this company ever since I bought my HYUNDAI SANTA FE. ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS GALORE!
On top of that they sold or gave a company XM satellite radio my information and i got a bill from them. AVOID THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT LIVE ALOHA.
I would give rating of NO STARS but this site forces me to choose.

Windward dodge will say and lie about anything to get a sale.The service is horrible and they treat you with a bad attitude.They cannot keep parts in stock on new vehicles and most of the employess will lie to your face and treat you if you are stupid.Do not waste your hard earned money on a vehicle that will breakdown very fast.IF they ever do fix my new $50000 dodge its been 3 weeks no word on repairs it is a lemon I am driving it straight to ford for a trade in dodge does not stand behind theyre vehicles or service .

Best Service On the Island

I recently moved to the island and was looking fo a dealer to service my car. When I drove in they were just great. I was greeted courtesly, they listened to me and then recomended the best service alternative for my needs at the best price. My car was done on time and for less money than they estimated. A first for me.
They gave me a report on the condition of my vehicle and a couple of services that I will need in the next 60 - 90 days. They made an appointment for me to return.
If you are looking for a service and maintenance shop for your car, give them a try!

If you want to get your car looked at get ready to spend weeks trying. Everyone expects to pay more when using a dealership, but why does it have to be such a hassle. Same complaints as the last review- they take their sweet time and since you rarely get them on the phone you will be waiting for a call back- WHICH WON"T COME. At least the "service advisors" (desk girls) are helpful (NOT)- I swear they treat you like you are a criminal instead of a customer- they can at least try to be pleasant when I fork over $900 for an alternator.
