A Place for Steaks.
Who can deny the perfectly cooked steak and excellent service of their staff.
Always my favorite place for good food and excellent service.
Try the PorterHouse it's the best!
Sophisticated American chain serves up corn-fed USDA prime cuts and New Orleans-style appetizers and sides..
In Short
This offshoot of a popular New Orleans hangout for politicians features decor of dark woods and comfortable booths, with a separate bar scene. Choice cuts of custom-aged beef arrive in sizzling butter on 500-degree plates. The menu also offers chicken, pork and seafood entrees along with Creole appetizers like shrimp remoulade. Family-style sides include gargantuan onion rings, creamed spinach and various styles of potatoes. Traditional homemade desserts like cheesecake and bread pudding conclude the meal.
SCHNIZEL.
My second time ,first time for my family who came from germany .They were very pleased with the service and food that was simply amazing in Taste and Temperature. I have to say that my first experience of a Ruths Chris was at the Waikiki location and I find this one (Resataurant Row ) to be more Fine Dining and Relaxed. Waikiki gives Rush- Rush service like some other fast food restaurants in the vicinity in which I choose not to disclose.
Thank You Staff members for your Hospitality.
Nice place for a good steak. I went to this restaurant with high expectations after hearing quite a few rave reviews from people i knew. The service was great but I ordered my steak "butterflied and well done." I figured a place that specialized in steaks would know what that meant... they didnt butterfly it, they simply cut it in two pieces and it still came out med-rare. i politely sent it back but this time it came back tasting like a piece of charcoal. i hate sending things back and if it had been edible i wouldnt have, but the taste of charcoal was so strong that i couldnt enjoy it and had to send it back AGAIN. They finally made me another steak and when it came out it was perfect. Although it took a few tries to get it right the food was still amazing and I'd eat there again.
The Best. My husband and I went here for our anniversary and it was amazing!!! We had the filet, whole lobster, BBQ shrimp, stuff mushrooms, desert pudding, and two drinks. Our bill was high, 160 for both of us, but it was completely worth every penny. We had excellent service and the food was perfect the whole way through. We ordered our steaks a little underdone (Med) but the plate continue cooking them to perfection. I would recommend it to anyone!!! We went to Maui though with high expectations and it wasn't nearly as good as the one on Oahu. I would not recommend the Ruth Chris is Maui under any circumstance. The chef on Oahu is the BEST. The lobster melts in your mouth!! I never knew it could taste so good. I could go on but I think you get my point, make a reservation now!!!! If you have a special event let them know, you get complementary dessert. I would not recommend taking children or go in large groups. We went to the one in Maui in a large group and I think that had a huge effect. Perfect for Anniversaries!
Best in Hawaii. With the woman of my life I share a little conversation, split a Caesar, have 2 petite filets, split some fries or a baked potato. Have a fine bottle of Pommard and Ah, the best of everything. It always is a 3-star and 5-fork evening.
Ruths Chris Rocks!!!. I make it a point to go to Ruth's Chris wherever I travel. I love their steaks and they have some of the friendliest waiters in town. It may not be the most romantic location in Honolulu but it does have a certain buzz in the air. I notice the employees are always smiling and very helpful. The BoneIn Ribeye with Potatoes AuGratin is absolutely terrific! If you haven't been to a Ruth's Chris SteakHouse, you definitely need to go.
Not a GOOD experience. I was at Ruth's Chris for dinner. The appetizer of Shrimp Remoulade was ok. The steak, which was almost $32, had gristle and fat on it far in excess what would be expected for the price. There was a table of Japanese tourists who's cell phones kept ringing the entire dinner. The service was slow and the Ambience was about average. I was extremely disappointed after hearing so much about this restaurant. I wrote the company about this and have NEVER heard from them.
