BEST parts guys in the islands!. If you drive an import or repair them for anyone, put their phone # in your speed dial list. They have a remarkable selection of parts in stock on the premises and can get practically anything you need usually in 3 days or less if it's not there already.

In every way possible, these guys remind me of all the great small locally owned parts places I've ever been to- and that's a lot in 20+ years of fixing cars and living in 6 different states.

All of the employees there that I have spoken to have worked on cars at some point and collectively those guys can help you with virtually anything.

And their prices are as good as anyone's too!

Disregard any bad reviews you've seen here or anywhere else as I'm sure they're either BS or a lack of understanding on the reviewer's end.…

LIERS, CHEATS, POOR SERVICE: VERY DISAPPOINTED. If they recommend a part, especially an electrical part, get it in writing, because even if they were wrong any returns will be denied. Hawaii Import Parts = screw you customer. After buying a relay, I realized it wouldn't work for my application and went back to return it, unused. Their tech assured me that if I wired it differently it would work. I agreed to try: It didn't. When I went back to return it a second time, they said that since I had installed it and the metal prongs had marks now it was unsellable and refused to take it back: even though I had already told them it wouldn't work and had only tried upon THEIR insistence that it would: This goes beyond poor service. It is down right CROOKED. Even chain stores like O'Reily or Napa have better service. I would give 0-stars if I could.

Hawaii Import Parts. First experience with these folks-I walk in and tell the guy I need a few things and he walks around the counter with a notepad ready for a list. These guys are busy and the place is small but packed with parts and don't worry, you will be taken care of one way or the other. Thanks guys.…
