RE: TV CM with Delima Portraying a Japanese samurai. This really needs to stop now. First of all, Delima isn't speaking Japanese, and it's not funny. Any culture respects its language, and for Delima to try an imitate a language which he knows nothing about makes him look like the racist idiot he really is.

This may fly in Hawaii, but take it to the mainland or have our Japanese tourists see it would not be taken so lightly. Its INSULTING and DEMEANING! The Japanese people deserve an apology, and Frank Delima needs to come to his senses.

I have never done business with Kamaaina Metals and after seeing their ignorant advertising surely never will!

ALOHA SPIRIT ALL THE WAY (^_^). had and excellent experience with these guys...nothing but the best in customer service and support...the employees all have great attitudes and the owners have hearts of gold as well...if ever im looking for something or get in a pinch...these guys are at the top of my list of "go to guys"

Made me soooo angry!!!. I called and asked if they did engagement rings... the smart ass who answered said what do you mean do engagement rings, in a very condicending voice and tone. i replyed sell them once again he said very rudely its a jewelry stor like i was an idiot. I replied do you have many engagement rings to choose from? he said we have all kinds of jewelry.. once again sounding like i was waisting his time. I was so mad and offended i have and never will set foot or spend my hard earned money in that disrespectful place. i wish i could give negative stars.

Very rude people. Me and my husband went to kamaaina metal in pearl city so sell my ring, and let me tell you the people there are so rude. There wasnt' a smile or a hello, unless you looked like you had money, or japanese. But I waited to be called and we showed the lady my ring and right away she said she wouldnt buy my diamonds, because it was industrial, and she would only pay me for the gold, and she said i would get less than a hundred dollars for it. The one thing that pissed me off the most was that she said my diamonds should under a drill bit, she was rude and very cold just like the rest of them working there. If you want to get rid of jewelry dont go over there cause they will just screw you over.

Terriable Service, Waste of time and your Money!. I decided to sell my grandmothers and mothers Jewelry, which was the hardest thing for me to do, because of its sentimental Value. So when i arrived to Kama'aina Metals I was very upset by the way the receptionist treated me so coldy and didnt even bother to greet or answer my questions. Instead just ignored me and played his electronic game. From there I decided to take a seat and waited for 1hr and half until finally I was able to sell my jewelry.Elizabeth the Manager and the buyer was very rude and impatient. I felt very unwelcome and was appalled at the price they gave me. They low balled me which was unbelieveable. not to mention when her mother came out she started arguing with elizabeth which i found very unprofessional. In the end I left, and will never return to their buisness.

Terrible Customer Service. I went here to purchase a specific item as a gift. I received no greetings from the receptionist and was ignored for about 10 min. I was finally able to inquire if they carried the item I was looking for. The salesgirl went to ask and was apparently told to have me wait for Elizabeth. The wait was longer than expected and my kids got bored. The staff kept glaring at us every time my kids made noise. After a while, I asked again if they carried the item and was told to wait my turn. I asked a third time since it was a simple "yes" or "no" question and there was no point in us continuing to wait if they didn't carry it. Elizabeth became very rude and demeaning. When it finally got to our turn, she was extremely arrogant and condescending. She didn't listen to what I was asking and never showed me the items. She made it apparent to everyone in the store that I didn't have enough money to purchase what she had. It was very unprofessional and a horrible experience. I will be making my purchase elsewhere and will never set foot in that store again.

Knakasone is retarted. So, I have to disagree with everything Knakasone says... im pretty sure that person is associated with the company. I literally bought a ring at a major retailer for a pretty decent price. Not only that, but every website I could find priced the ring at the same price. Over 500 bucks... I went to this place literally 5 minutes after I picked it up, and asked how much it was worth... 55 bucks they said. Don't waste your time with this place. Yeah, they probably have decent priced jewelry for buyers... but just think of the people they screwed just to get the price that low!
