not customer friendly. I have contacted Sue three times (once by phone, and twice through email) about providing flowers for my wedding. She has not replied to me once! When I spoke with her on the phone, she brushed me off...claiming that she was busy. I thought the point of having a business was making money!? I guess she doesn't need my money!!! I wouldn't use her for my wedding now...too undependible!!!
