Phenomenal! I'm the Prom coordinator at a local high school, and when it came time to pick a prom photographer, we didn't know who to choose. That was until James from Pacific Photo Company came to us and gave us their presentation. First and foremost, they worked around out schedule. He came in and waited patiently to talk to us. The presentation was indubitably professional, and extremely effective. By the time James walked out of the room, we were decided on who we wanted; Pacific Photo Company. He came in and went over EVERYTHING with us. Every detail of every step was discussed with us. Nothing was left out. After all formalities were signed off on, we made decisions on backgrounds and colors and drapes, etc. PPC was so patient with us and so flexible! They made recommendations to fit our venue, and even made changes to backgrounds with one phone call. At the event, all staff members were at their posts ready to shoot as soon as their background was up. The photo paper work for the students was easy and fast (not to mention easy on the wallet compared to other photography houses!) and the wait for the pictures it self was fast! They used a number system so students could be in the ballroom enjoying their prom while at the same time waiting their turn for pictures! Amazing idea! The pictures came out fantastic and the video of the whole night that came with it was outstanding. They processed pictures for a prom of 625 attendants in 3 days! I am so pleased that we worked with PPC! We even went ahead and booked them for our senior luau right after our first meeting with them. Definitely not something I regret at all. Five stars and 5 thumbs up.
Photography.
My daughter's first birthday was just recently and we hired these people to take photos so we purchased a package including an album and cd. When party was over we paid and we have been waiting for the album and cd in mail but none arrived. Contacted company be email and phone calls couple days after party about 5 times and still no response so assumed it was mailed however when James finally called back he said that we have to pick them up all the way in town and i live on the westside so i am not driving for the inconvenience to which i was not told at the time i signed papers in March of 2011. Price of gas is expensive in Hawaii and I am not driving to pick up 2 items so he said that he can mail them but i have to pay COD! So ridiculous. In conclusion i would use them but not order a cd or album so you dont have to deal with what i went through. Or use another company!!
Sincerely,
An upset mother
