complained about another store the same way. Do you think it's a pattern for her? Maybe she's hard to please and demanding.
I loved my facial with Zee and I also attend classes with the fitness center (love them all) and found everyone to be very knowledgeable, accommodating to all levels of fitness and very professional. If I had a choice - NO STARS!! VERY POOR, POOR, CUSTOMER SERVICE - Both Locations. ...Too bad, impressive facilities. Even the OWNER did not respond to complaint!! I got a gift certificate to the downtown location. Tried it because the prices were reasonable. First experience was okay. Went back and was not only late, but not the one I had requested. When I tried to get to the bottom of what went wrong, I caught the young man in 2 lies. I tried the Ward location. I was very impressed with the ambiance and services they offered. The waxer was mediocre, she didn't seem to be very knowledgeable about where she worked. I looked into purchasing a Father's Day day pass and getting a Personal Trainer. Almost every time I called, I would get a machine. I left messages, but no one returned my call. I called back several times to get a live person. When I did, they didn't seem to know anything about their personal trainer program and I had to leave ANOTHER message with the "gym manager". She did not return my call until the 2nd time. When she could not reach me, I interpreted her tone to be very rude and unwilling to help. As if she had called me back, just to say that she did. When I asked who her manager was, she told me it was Ben Costa. The receptionist later told me that he is the Hair Salon Manager. I made a complaint to both Ben Costa and the owner, Lora Nakai. I did not receive a response nor apology from either one of them, even after I called them a couple of times each to follow up on my email.…

Great People, fantastic service. Keep up the great work! I've never felt better.. The staff and service providers were very nice to me. My massage therapist made me feel comfortable since it was my first time. I will be returning soon!
Melba is the best.... I see Melba for highlights and cuts and also brow waxing. She is a full-on artist and worth every penny of the cost. The location is good because it's in the same building where I work downtown - parking is not an issue for me. I love this place but I will say the staff - other than Melba - always seems a little less than what I expect. One other crazy thing - every time I purchase products there is a point where the person checking me out cannot find a price. It's nutty. Some products have the price right there on the item but inevitably I seem to choose one that doesn't. But for me - the pleasure of spending 2 hours in the professional calm of Melba totally outweighs the shortcomings of the staff. She is good therapy and my hair looks spectacular!!…
