I booked a Hawaii vacation package through Online Travel services and the package includes Molokini Snorkeling. I did not receive much information except was asked to come to the harbor behind the aquarium. We pretty much followed the crowd to a snorkeling line. The snorkeling company turned out to be Mahana Naya which is what Diamond Head Vacations use. The operator could not find our names but asked us to get on board first (a tricky friendliness). After the payment for the mistaken trip, I talked to Online Travel services and they were very sympathetic with my situation. They tried had communicating to Diamond Head Vacations but it took them more than a month to finally get my refund. I am happy to get my money back thanks to Online Travel services' help but am somewhat disappointed with Diamond Head Vacations slow response. I hope they would give cutomers more information on where to aboard the boat.
