they will leave you stranded with no customer support. ASfter paying 180 doolars for roundtrip from airport to hotel and back we waited for 45 minutes at the airport, i had to go find them after confirmimg our pickup at the hotel they never showed upp called their number they had no record of us had to pay 460 FOR A TAXI ALMOST MISSED OUR FLIGHT go somewhere else…
STAY AWAY OR GET STRANDED!!.
Had a friend come into Maui...He was stranded at the airport after a 6 hour flight....!!! Then he was stranded again on his way back to the airport. Had to pay 180 extra dollars for a taxi!!! And
still have yet to hear from thier non-existant customer service reps if I will be recieving a refund....
TAKE YOUR $$$ TO ANOTHER OUTFIT THAT WILL GIVE YOU THE SERVICE THAT YOU PAY FOR!!!!…
Forget it.
We booked airfare with HAL and included shuttle transfer service to and from our hotel. We were met by a gal with a lei, and given a departure transfer voucher which we were to present to the driver
upon our departure from the hotel. HOWEVER, we did not notice that the date printed on their voucher was inaccurate for our departure until their van failed to appear as scheduled. We phoned DHV who referred us to VIP TRANS, who referred us back to DHV, and vice versa...neither assuming any responsibility for correction nor sending a shuttle to pick us up.
We hailed a cab to get back to the airport and contacted HAL on our return home filing a complaint with their Consumer's Affairs dept.
I would NEVER recommend either DHV nor VIP TRANS for any kind of service in Hawaii.…
Great Hawaiian Experience.
We used the services of this company based on the recommendation of some friends of ours. We were hesitant at first because of the negative reviews, but we thought we'd give them a try.
DEFINITELY glad we did so!
We signed up for their lei service and airport transfters. Everything went smoothly and comfortably. The girl who met us was very warm and friendly.
I had also signed us up for a snorkel tour and luau through this company and they were great fun and of the utmost quality. The boat was clean and well equipped. The Polynesian Cultural Center luau was much fun, although we were a bit tired from all the things to do at the villages. Well worth it though.
Worth checking out for sure.…

I arranged for a surprise lei greeting for my family and parents and the experience was great! We had gotten off a long flight from Chicago, and weren't really in a very happy mood. The minute we got
off the plane though, we were greeted with the sweetest smelling lei ever.
The greeter was very helpful and courteous. She shared a few tips as to where a few good places were to grab a bite and escorted us to our hotel van.
We also ordered a few tours through this company and the only thing I can say is OMG!
We had so much fun and we can't wait to go back to Hawaii again. This was a great company. Highly recommend.
Never ran into any problems. It was the perfect vacation. This company is why they call Hawaii - Paradise!…
