Poor Management Skills. I went in looking for an Ovation Guitar while my wife was upstairs having her eyes checked. After 15 minutes and not a single salesperson had the time to talk to me or even acknowledge me, I then left went to the store next to them for a coffee and to pick-up my wife. When I came back they had my car "TOWED". When I went back in to ask if they new what happen to my car, all of a sudden I had everyones attention. The manager said it is their parking only spaces, even thought it was not marked where I was parked and I told the manager that I was in there earlier looking at the guitars, his answer was "You didn't buy anything so you were not a customer". That is just the right thing to say to tell everyone about future sales or customers.

Excuse me now, I have to go and post this on "Craigs List, Goggle and every place I can find.....got any ideas?

Shady. Mr Dodds your reviewing yourself is just plain shady. The whole point of sites like this is to get honest feedback from us, your customers. I am not sure I will return there again.

Questionable owner. . I think it's strange that the only other review on this store is by pddods, and the store owners name is Peter Dodds. These are supposed to be honest reviews from customers. The truth is there is a number of good music stores on the island, but Easy Music is not one of them.

Best Deals Ever!. Easy Music Center has unbelieveable deals. Generally, they match or beat the internet on just about everything. It is impossible to find another musical instrument store in Hawaii that is so competitive on price. Things have really improved since the management change last year, and I was surprised to see how much more inventory they have now. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly. They have the widest selection of merchandise in Hawaii. It is the only one stop shop in the islands. You can find guitars, ukuleles, PA Sounds Systemes, drums keyboards mics etc... It is a pleasure to shop there, and I am glad we have a store like this in Hawaii.
