Pho Mai

The pho is great. Since moving to Hawaii, I have come to love Pho, a broth based noodle soup. I've tried many restaurants and have found Pho Mai to have the most flavor. The broth is rich, the meat is tender, and the vegetables are fresh. This is the only place I've been to who provides jalapenos in addition to the bean sprouts and basil. The spring rolls also have great flavor and are very crispy.

The best thing about Pho Mai is the price. It's very affordable.…
