Best overall for quality and customer service.. I recently began looking to upgrade my diamond solitare into a wedding set. I had looked at various stores but just never got the customer service or quality that I was searching for.

The day I went into the Diamond Gallery and met Janet the search was over. She was very knowledgable ,courteous and patient when I was browsing, with my 14 month old son. I decided to go with a Scott Kay design and she gave me a brochure with information on the different materials the ring could be made from, 19kt white or yellow gold ,platinum or the newest option palladium.

I went home and did futhur research on the internet I found the exact style I had been looking for and so after a call she said she got the pricing information for me.

On our return visit, I took my husband and 14 month son to the store and we sat down with Janets sister, Tammy, and looked at the two different styles I had narrowed it down to. We recieved a good price and decided to go for it. The whole thing probbely only took 10-15 minutes. My husband was very happy with the short but productive visit.

They have ordered the ring and when it comes in they are going to have there jewler place my stone in the setting while I wait, and they are also going to give us an updated appraisal for the new set.

So to anyone looking for a special gift for any loved one, I would recommend going to the Diamond Gallery you just might find that perfect gift!
