Even though you will be dropping a pretty penny on the hotel it is well worth it. The hotel service was outstanding from the second I stepped off the shuttle to the second I checked out. Everyone was friendly, helpful and speedy. This extended to the Surf Room staff as well. My only service complaint was the somewhat slow and inattentive service we received at two visits to the Mai Tai Bar. The location of the hotel was perfect, including the walkability of Waikiki and the beach views. The room views were beautiful as well, everything was clean and comfortable. Again, while pricey it is well worth the value you will get compared to other hotels on the beach in Waikiki
