Bland food, freezing cold restaurant. My wife and I ate at Ciao Mein last night. I could not believe how cold the restaurant was. Had to be reseated to a (slightly) warmer part of the restaurant so my child didn't get the cold. Foog? Spring rolls were really good, srimp and walnut was good, chicken stir fry over cake noodles, like eating bland chicken on top of Shreaded Wheat. Awful! And this was a recommendation by two of the wait staff. The waiter didn't ask if the food was okay even when he brought the check. I had the akward task of bringing up the fact that the dish was terrible, even though he was carrying away my still full plate. I will not be back, ever. This is an overpriced, poorly serviced, freezing cold restaurant. Oh, and mixing the Italian and Chinese menus......BAD IDEA! Ruin two perfectly good cuisines, why don't you!
