Excellent staff that made an unpleasant incident enjoyable. After having a bad day with everything going wrong, one helpful server, not a waiter, not the manager, offered some assistance beyond his job description and made us feel extra special. I was hoping that a wait person or even a manager could lend some assistance. My husband and I felt very special and we tipped this server very well, but know that he would have to share his tips with the other crew that did nothing for us.…

Superb: Expensive But Worth Every Cent. By far, the most expernsive and the best meal of our tip. You choose if you want 3, 4 or 5 course meals. You begin with a glass of Champagne (Lanson) and a tidbit (we had a small popover filled with a salmon moose.) We had an assortment of appetizers ($$ extra). My wife had the crispy skinned Onaga while I had the bouillabase. For dessert we had a banana souffle. Each and every dish was spot on. Worth every penny.
