just ok for me

i thought this place would be fantastic.... well the atmosphere is great but the food not so much. it was just ok. they did messed up on the order..which i was fine with, didn't complain. but the burger was just ok. i guess i was expecting something wonderful since it is 'cheeseburger in paradise'. i love cheeseburgers but not this one. and this place is over-priced.

You have got to be kidding

We just returned from a 11 day trip to the islands. We thought we would check out Cheeseburger in Paradise on our first night in Waikiki. After a short wait we were taken to a table. We waited and waited for someone to take our order. After our order was taken we waited and waited some more for the food. These had to be the worst hamburgers, if you could call them that, that we have ever been served. Absolutely not worth the price. the burgers had no flavor whatsoever and were very greasy. We would have been about $30 dollars ahead and would have had a better cheeseburger if we had gone to McDonalds. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I've been in food service for most of my life and I would be ashamed to put out food this bad.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!

My family and I decided to give this place a try ( we ate at the one on waikiki). Out of all establishments to be dissatisfied with, I never thought it would be with a burger place! SERIOULSY... when do burgers not come with FRIES? You have to order french fries as a side dish, personally that's just a money gimick so they can try to milk all the tourist!

I'm from the neighboring islands and we certainly do not treat our tourist like this! SERVICE IS BAD!!! We waited for pover 1 hr!!!! Our waiter told us that we would have HOT fries... he delivered COLD fries... He barely checked in on us; we were sipping on the same drinks from the time we got there until we left and the food was NOT WORTH the $$$$$ you paid!!!! Jack-n-the box would have been WAYYYYY BETTER than this place!

all in all...

FOOD: is GROSS

SERVICE: VERY POOR

WORTH YOUR TIME AND MONEY: ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!!
