The spirit of the bartenders and the variety of sports on eleven television screens makes this the best sports pub on Oahu. Th beer and mai tai prices are the lowest you can find, believe me, as it is two blocks off the ocean in central Waikiki. Hotel bars are twice as expensive and offer precious little sports. If you want the 411 on sports, I recommend you go to to 411 Nauhua Street in Honolulu and check out Legends. I met the owner, John, and all of his staff offers service with a smile. It is near the corner of Kuhio Ave and Nahua Street right behind a Starbucks.
Rude service! Not inviting at all!. So rude!!! I was on vacation and saw an ad for this in the "This Week Oahu" booklet, with their phone number and a note saying to ask about their drink specials. I called and this guy named Mike picked up. I asked if there were drink specials tonight. He just said "yeah" and immediately hung up. Thinking this was just a mistake, i called back and he picked up again. I started to ask what the specials were and without a word he just hung up on me AGAIN. I waited a few minutes, called back, and told him that was just rude and a shitty way to bring in a potential customer, and he just said, "look, if you want to know then just walk down here" and promptly hung up on me again. What an ass! Who would even want to waste their time walking over with such pricks working here? I don't care if they're just trying to discourage tourists from going there, but you don't post an ad like that and then be a complete prick to someone before they even get to the bar. I'm definitely taking my money elsewhere!

Best Service.
My wife and I were recently in Waikiki for a month. We searched high and low for a bar to watch our Sask Roughriders in the CFL Grey Cup. Low and behold on Thanksgiving we met Mr. Harrison who told us he would have the game on one TV. After feeding us thanksgiving dinner gratis at the bar we commenced passing the word around to a number of Canadians. Low and behold Mr. Harrison ended up playing the game on 3 TV's . He treated us very well and I recommend his establishment. His staff were very nice and certainly accomodating. We'll be back next year same time. Bar prices were good as was the atmosphere in the bar. Interesting photos of various sports events.

Good drink prices. This place was lo-key for a Saturday night, not very crowded. A couple of cute girls, but mostly the Crowd seemed like it was 30's to 40's. Drink special was pretty good $3 for a long island or long beach and a friendly waitress. Did have darts, some arcades, TV's, but was a definite small hole in the wall type sports pub. So you might want to add this to your bar hopping rendevous, but it is far from being the best pub we had on our bar hopping tour.
Great Place off the Tourist Beat.
Took a quick trip to catch a concert. Unfortunately, opening weekend of the EPL. No worries, they had every match on, albeit a little late. The time difference aside, it was good to know I could catch all the matches.
A great place with a "neighborhood bar" feel. A nice break from $7.00 hotel beers. Lots of interesting memorabilia...lots of caps adorning the sprinkler system...
Seems to be a great place for NFL fans, primarily. I imagine it will suit you no matter what or who you support. They were kind enough to put our LA Galaxy match on our own TV. It was on a Sunday with plenty other going on. As of this writing, FSC and Setanta so you will not miss a one. Dart machines and a couple of pinball machines.
Friendly staff, friendly patrons. They offer little as far as food but encourage you to bring your own. Interesting theory ! Very reasonable prices on drinks. A little off the beaten path and that's just perfect !
I highly recommend Legends ! Again, felt like any mainland neighborhood bar/pub.
alway a fabulous stop. This is unquestionably the best sports bar on the island. It is actually the best bar in general on the island. The people are the nicest group you will ever meet. John Harrison...owner...goes the extra mile for you. This is simply THE BEST.
Where the locals watch the games.
Legends has several TVs Show American and international sports live. Real people not tourists will be found here.
talking to and trying to understand the bartender is a highlight
