inexpensive place to crash. this is the perfect place if you are just going to party in honolulu. it is a good location, but it is an older property and the amenities are bare bones. do not go for the "junior suites" they do have more square footage, but there is nothing in there more than a regular room.

Undecided review. I will admit that the standards of cleanliness were not at perfect 10. But, my bathroom was clean; I didnt see any cockroaches, or anything living except for myself. I noticed a strange pile of sand, I think, in the corner. But beyond that, my room was pretty nice. The sheets were clean, as well as the bed spread. Believe me, I inspected them very well! I actually didnt have an issue with anything else.

Now, the service. I must say, it made an impact on me. If it werent for the hard working, smiling, helpful people who work at the Coral Reef, I would have never found my way around. They were the most helpful, nice people I have encountered in a long time. I am more than happy to admit that I am so pleased to have had the experience of staying at the Coral Reef.
