Elevators to floor 19 take forever to get you!!

DO NOT STAY HERE! Elevators are out of order. Ice machines are out of order. They messed up our reservation. All with horrible customer service.

Breakfast on the beach is good. Guava juice, fresh fruit, rice, nori, umeboshi and miso soup. Plus western staples.

We love the elevators! There are a lot, and go right to your floor, no stops! We have a baby though so perhaps we received special service?
