Affordable and even though it is 3 blocks to the beach, it was a really quick walk. The beds were comfortable and the staff was very helpful and nice.

I like Holiday Surf Hotel for the room rate; it was a suit for me and my budget. It's closeness to the beach nice convenient. A good jogging route and good view for canoe practice and a golf course nearby. I was happy to have my daughter who just graduated from high school to spend a few nights in the Waikiki area for the first time in her life.

My husband and I chose this hotel for the great price!! $53 a night pulled us in :)We stayed in the annex building and loved it. Nice spacious kitchen with utensils and dishes along with pots and pans. Wonder view of the mountains and river, and only 4 blocks from the beach. A little noisy but not too bad.

Great value for the money. Great rooms sized. The beds are of good quality, even the ones in the living room of the suite.

Great service..... The hotel is old but for the price, it is clean, the staff are friendly, and it is only two blocks from Waikiki Beach. The one bedroom suite was spacious and although the kitchen was dated, it made it easier to have the facilities in the room. Will stay again.

The manager was very professional and accommodating to any requests. Sharron was kind and very friendly, I'm not sure of any other names, but yes they were all great! Other than that it was a pleasant stay for the pricing. Thank you.

When we checked in, we were very nicely greeted. The location was good, near the beach and public transportation. It was in an older building and rather cheap in price but was pleasantly surprised how clean the room was. Staff was helpful and walking distance to shops.

I like the location. The amenities were nice; a kitchen so I could cook and buy food to eat here. I wish it had a pool, it is fairly close to Waikiki, and the 2 complaints I had were taken care of immediately. Good value.

I stayed at the Holiday Surf 2 years ago and a reservation at another place got cancelled so it was last minute for me. I had my plane ticket bought since last May and my other hotel got cancelled in Jan. I like the location, near to everything, it has a full kitchen so I can cook and buy food to eat there. I wish it had a pool, it is fairly close to Waikiki Beach but the decor is definitely dated. It is family owned and 2 complaints I had were taken care of immediately. Good value.
