The McDonalds of Sushi. I love sushi. Living in Hawaii offers a lot a great options for that. However sometimes you just want decent food, fast. Or you have a group of people that can't figure out what they want and want to eat cheap. Genki Sushi! THe food comes around on a conveyor belt (although they'll make anything you want fresh). The selections are pretty standard in terms of the fish (salmon, tuna, eel, roe) They even offer some rolls (california...but is that really a roll?) for the sushi beginers. The service is good, they can get you in and out as fast as you want and you won't spend that much.
