Beautiful Memories. They made a beautiful urn flower arrangement. My mother was to pleased to see the laua'e, ti leaf, and tiger plants of her childhood, as wall as the iris lily. God bless!

Falling For Flowers. The flowers were simply beautiful! I'm glad I went to one florist to coordinate everything for my memorial service. It was a complete success and the room looked so impressive! I've been talking about this to my friends, and have recommended the florist highly! The flowers were LOVELY.

The Love They Give. They're really "knocking it out of the ball park". They put so much care and thoughtfullness into each week's delivery to my family. My kids literally teared the gifts out of the delivery person's hands!

SWEET, sweet leilani florist. The people here were SO friendly and the flowers were GORGEOUS <3! I will definitely be going back there next time I need flowers :D

Exceptional Flowers Arrangements & Service. We are annual visitors. For over 15 years we have purchased flowers from this firm for others and received them from others often ordered by phone or online. Local resident recipients of our gifts have been impressed with the tropical arrangements when expressing their gratitude. On only one occasion did we report by e-mail and phone to Sweet Leilani that we found the flowers were past their "best before" date. They were repaced with a new arrangement of fresh flowers promptly and with sincere apologies. From the receptionist to the delivery man our concern was handled prmptly, regret and apologies expressed, with utmost courtesy and respect. We have no hesitation recommending this florist.

Disappointing Everything!. The worst service and unfriendliest florist in all of Hawai'i! I purchased a lei from this store and mentioned that the bow that was in the box did not come along with the lei when I left. They said that I was a liar and insisted that I must have removed it and thrown it away. They really called me a "liar." I said I didn't want a refund or any thing for that but just was letting them know about it. They continued to call me a liar and said that I should shop elsewhere and that they didn't want my business any more.

This has lead me to write this review.

Should be called 'Not so Sweet' Lelilani. I have instructed my husband to never buy flowers through these people again. I've gotten flowers from this place 3 times. Each time it was terrible. The flowers were chintzy, and in poor shape when I got them. Even the arrangement looked so sloppy that others were embarrassed for me! I am not the type to complain, but each time it was so bad that I actually returned the flowers and asked for a replacement. I could not stand the thought of my husband being jipped so badly by these people. The manager I spoke to was very confrontational and rude. She may have been the owner. Needless to say I avoid this place like the plague.

It's big, but very few flowers. Very limited selection of flowers. What they had they had a lot of. I believe they are wholesalers as I saw other flower shops come in to buy bulk flowers.
