Instead of a 20-25 min. pizza, I had them make it into a sandwich. I figured it would be faster, but the sandwich ended up taking a long time! Atleast 15 min. I wasn't really counting, but my husband was ready to just get up and leave. Oh man, it was really salty and oily... I should've gone to Subway

No longer in it's old shack location on Puuloa St - it has moved to a strip mall on Paiea St near the airport (only about 1.5 miles from old location). Lots of parking now and it has air conditioning and a little more seating too. While it isn't really a hole-in-the-wall place now, they've done a fine job decorating the inside to give a nice local feel. While pizza is, like all food, a matter of personal preference, I found it to be the best pizza I've ever had in the past half century! Don't miss the cheeseballs - if you are a new visitor, ask if they still offer a free order to new customers. This is one of three places I always take visitors and which they always want to go back to. The others are Matsumoto's Shave Ice on the North Shore and Duke's restaurant on Waikiki Beach.
