The watercraft mechanic they used to have was awful and ruined most of my ski's. Now they don't have a watercraft mechanic so there is no one to work on them. How can they sell new or used personal watercraft if they don't have a mechanic to work on them.
Pros: Nice parts personnel
Cons: Everything else, service,timeliness, repair quality, not enough staff

Keep in mind that this company does not want to answer their phones, and does not call you back. Pfluger honda sells Yamaha too.
Pros: wash the bike after service
Cons: will not take phone calls
