Good Service and No Hassles. I use these guys for work and for personal moves. I've had nothing but good service and no BS.

Not as cheap as advertised. The Girls were very sweet in the office and should be working somewhere else that will pay them their due for their hard work.

The contract has lots of hidden fee's, how crazy is that to be charged $100 minimum cleaning fee...Yes $100, if you leave 1 piece of paper or empty water bottle in the van you could get charged an extra $100.....STUPID RULE WHEN YOU GET THE VAN SUPER FILTHY AND BROKEN SEATS ETC IN THE FIRST PLACE. If you return the van with road dirty water spray near the tires expect to get slapped on $100.

The windshield wipers wouldn't wipe the windows, seems to be originals, oh and no wiper water either...how sad and unsafe, could barely see the road during a down pour!!!!

My experience, get your 15 passenger vans elsewhere and never here.....Bad, Bad experience!

A couple bad apples could spoil a business. I am a long time patron of United Truck Rental, who have used their simple no-fuss service for several years.

I just got back home from attempting to rent a van from their company today, and the employees that checks out trucks and vans tried to extort "lunch" money from me in exchange for them to claim less gas is in the van at check out. (Remember, these people will be the same people checking in the van for any damages I might have to pay for later.) They refused my attempts to conduct fair business so I walked out with no van.

Top notch equipment. I had the pleasure of renting a full-sized long bed pick up from United. Initially the plan was for a two week rental............the two weeks turned into six weeks. Both trucks were relatively new........in excellent condition, both physically and mechanically. Staff was a great example of the Aloha Spirit........and very accomodating to my requests.
