RUDEST PEOPLE IN THE TRADE. Since November 2010 to May 1st 2011 I have ridden my bike 4 times due to serious engine problems and the fact that it takes this business at least two months to get around to working on a person's bike. Even then they tried to charge me almost twice the amount agreed upon (the first time), which I refused to pay ... making them very mad indeed. Then, once the bike was repaired and paid for, on my fourth ride in 10 days, the bike breaks down while coasting downhill! DEAD! And talk about rude ... very nasty owner (Andy)! Refused to honor 30 day warranty on work done, accused me of things I did not do ... says same damage - different reason! The man basically called me a liar, and I've never even met the man. Presently, as I still have no transportation, I have filed a case with the BBB, and a court case will follow very quickly! The stress of dealing with these people has been torrential! Even the place I purchased my bike from is unhappy with the way I have been treated by these people! BEWARE PEOPLE! You may be next!
