jewels & diamond's by george. i went to this shop to just have a pin replaced in a watch, when i went to get the watch the owner said that the battery was replaced, this without my consent. it turned out to be such a horrible experience from this owner, her treatment of me and rudeness. It turned out not to be a matter of money but the way she spoke to me and her arrogance. I'm a customer that went into this place of business and told them what I needed done, they didn't even have a set price of the repair, it's just a pin replaced, takes less then 5 secs to do and the pin is a very common part. It's just business in good faith that you would first ask the customer if you are to do something that was not asked for no matter what the extra charge is. How these people stay in business with treatment like this is unacceptable. Customers should speak up if you have problems like this with any business, go to the Management Office and file a complaint!…
