Thank You Flowers by Jr Lou & T,

My wife and I have purchased many flower arrangements from Jr Lou & T for our churches alter. We have always been pleased with their services. We have been living on the Mainland for the past four years.

We had just learned last Saturday that our friends mother had passed.

The funeral started on Diamond Head at 9:30am that morning.

I called and Lou said she could get some orchids to Diamond Head before 9:00am. "No other flower shop on the island could have done that".

Thank You Lou for helping us out. It really meant alot to us.

Hold the baby's breath

I had received an order of roses from Jr. Lou's and they looked fresh, the only thing is that I hate baby's breath and the arrangement was 99% baby's breath with a few roses dotted in between. I called to thank my boyfriend for the flowers and said I have a few favorite florists I like him to try. I expressed to him that I don't care for baby's breath much and he was shocked since he had expressed if they could use another filler in place of baby's breath and he was reassured that little or no baby's breath will be in the arrangement. I took an iphone shot of the arrangement and sent it to him. He was next to himself in shame.

I know there are people who just adore baby's breath, but I'm not one of them.

Great Florist w/ beautiful arrangements!

I ordered an arrangement last minute from the mainland for Mothers Day and found that they were very courteous and prompt in expediting my order. The flowers were just georgous and in consideration of the occasion, the prices were very reasonable. They are reliable especially on short notice and the staff there are great to deal with. This is not the first time I have used this florist and it won't be the last! Great job!

I DON'T AGREE WITH THE POOR REVIEW

I too am surprised to read the scathing review below. I have been ordering flowers from Jr Lou & T ever since my highschool proms back in the 80's....You can always count on them for full, fresh and beautiful arrangements at below market prices. Other florists use tons of filler in their arrangements, but everything I've ever ordered from Jr Lou and T for the past, oh, I don't know, 22 years - has been amazing.

Not bad, for an "INCOMPITENT" company that "doesnt speak english"...oh, and by the way, you spelled incompitent incorrectly - it's INCOMPETENT. (so much for competence)

incredible quality

I was astonished to read the harsh reviews of this Florist. I normally stay at the New Otani and have admired their floral arrangements -- they get things right, and they recommended this florist.

Yes, initially you have to occasionally deal with a bit of a language barrier. However,I also recognize that they speak far better English than I speak any other language. The quality and value are worth some extra patience.

The flowers (I always order tropical) have been exquisite; very fresh, nicely done, quite fairly priced. Their leis are downright cheap. My orders have been on time, and they have been quite accommodating.

Yes, if you want flawless English and to place a snap snap order, probably this isn't the route to go. However, if you can exercise an element of patience you will be quite pleased with the product...unless, however, they don't do well with non-tropical flowers.
