I'm pretty sure this place serves the worst Thai I've ever had. No balance, no focus. I really can't believe how sub-par Keoni's is. The oversalted tom yum tasted like little more than cheap chicken broth, the calamari salad had luke warm squid that were chewy and bland, and both the chicken and beef entrees would have been outdone by frozen supermarket stirfry blends. I won't even bother describing the service, just relay the reaction I had when I asked about the fish of the day - "It's a whole fried red snapper and I think it's like thirty five bucks or something."
Cons: Really bad food.
