Beware: Waipuna May NOT Be the Best Choice. I phoned in an order, went in to pick it up, only to find that my order was not ready. The workers there are nice enough, but I don't think Waipuna Sushi takes into account how many orders they are able to receive and actually make in a timely manner. After finding out that they hadn't even begun to make my order and that I had a very long wait coming, I decided to walk out without my order.

Poor Customer Service. Think twice before you order from Waipuna Sushi in Manoa Valley. Waited 25 minutes for my order and got a wrong item. The manager/owner was very arrogant and rude on the phone. She didn't care about the customer and didn't correct the problem...very defensive!
