Get Better Food!. The Regal card is terrific. The parking is good. The theatre seating is decent. I like the fold down armrest with the cupholder. The service is o.k. The popcorn and hot dogs are terrible compared to Consolidated Theatres. The popcorn tastes stale and gritty. Not much flavor at all. The hot dogs are small compared to the long ones at Consolidated. And they just raised the prices again!

Rip Off concession stand. I really hate how this theater charges so much for crappy popcorn. You hear the popcorn popping, you see the popcorn being scooped and then more popcorn is being added to the poppers, yet the popcorn is stale, crumbly and not worth the high price they are selling them for.

I wish they could remedy this situation as it really ruins it for me.

Theater that can use a little more help. This theater is very understaffed. The concession stand is slow and the person helping you tends to money, and handling your hot dogs, scooping popcorn and hands out your change. GROSS!

I even witnessed an employee chewing on his finger nails and spitting them out on the floor before serving me my popcorn and fingering the insides of my cups as he filled them. GROSS!

The refill popcorn bag is also very bad. I have a feeling the second refill is taken from a bag of popped corn from a previous showing. How can this second bag be so stale?

The theaters are also dirty and seats sticky and sometimes even wet. GROSS!

This theater has better parking than almost any other. But needs a lot fo attention to detail.

Snack Bar Issues. I love Dole Cannery Theaters! But after two incidences of very sad popcorn refills, I am starting to see a pattern.

The first bag was fresh, crumbles with its warm and crispy flavor. On the refill, the popcorn was different, sort of stale, almost as if it was popped the previous night and stored in a bag.

This has happened to me twice and made my experience sour to post this bad review.

Don't offer a free refill if the refill is a batch of old popcorn.
