In Short – Step into the vast Hawaiian Hall and you'll immediately be transported back in time. Had a pleasant day at the museum...glad I only paid $7.95 to get in. I would be very disappointed at $14. Then again, living here I have seen many of the items on display or variations of them around town. The science building was unimpressive...many items did not work. Guess after living in Chicago with the Museum of History and Science and Industry it's a hard act to follow. I was hoping for more on the history of the Bishop family and the history of Hawaii rather than islands of the Pacific. Story teller was FANTASTIC. Feather garment display very impressive.
- Pros: Nice grounds
- Cons: Too little to see. Why did I expect more??
