Internet passable at times, front desk ok. Was told could get a late check out but then on my day to leave they said no. Overall great hotel might stay here again.

What a dump. The elevator is sporadic at best. Their wifi is so bad 1/2 the time could not connect. The front desk staff needs a refresher on the business traveler or stop taking corp bookings

Do not expect much. This is a 2 star resort with 1 star device at best. Right next door is the Muana Surfeider, go there instead for a far superior experience.

You'll find the most comfortable sleeper sofas at this resort. They are made from memory foam. I took the matress from the sleeper bed and put it on the king bed. This is what I call blissful sleeping
