This is the worst salon experience ever. Do not waste your precious time or money on this cheap, dingy, low-class place. The front receptionist is illiterate, can't make proper change, is rude, and spends most of her time gossiping with her co-workers, making clients wait for her to finish. The salon decor is dingy and cheap. It is a hole in the wall. The stylists don't listen to what you want and just do their own thing. What an embarassment to Kailua to have this junky place there. Close it down. The prices are a ripoff. You do better doing your own hair in the comfort of your own home.
Pros: can't think of one. oh, it has a metered parking lot and the toilets flush

I went to see a young asian girl who seemed to be new to the hair world. First of all she wouldn't do what I wanted so she did whatever she wanted to do (wich were 10 foils of colors I didn't want) then she charged me $197.00, FOR 10 FOILS!!!!! And when I got home and checked my bank account, they charged my card $39 for a tip!!!!! I will never go there again! Before I made my appointment they told me that full highlights start at $75 so I have no idea how they came up with $197.00
