Top Shelf Everything. From the moment I walked in, with little time to spare, Phil and John made me feel like a red carpet superstar. They were extremely patient with my changing decisions and offered good suggestions. In the end, my high expectations were exceeded. The price was a bit lower than the 2 other shops I had visited and the selection was far better and more varied. They accomodated at every level. This was service and customer care at a level you seldom find anywhere. They made me look real good !

These guys claim to be the best tux shop on the island, the only island they'd be the best on, is a deserted one!. We do NOT recommend Phil's.

These guys claim to be the best tux shop on the island, the only island they'd be the best on, is a deserted one!

Out of 5 groomsmen, nothing was completely correct. One sleeve was way longer on two of the groomsmen tux. Two of the coats were OBVIOUSLY too small. When Phil did correct it, he acted like he was doing me a huge favor.

On top of that, the store did not open on time the morning we had to pick up the tuxes' even though it had been coordinated that we were to come when the the store opened.

And Phil was VERY RUDE and CONDESCENDING when we questioned him about the shoes being so stuffed up and looking so DIRTY , he said..and I quote him, "Well if you wanted shoes that look like new, you have to buy new shoes"

I have rented tuxes on 6 different occasions and paying over $130 to rent something you expect it to look like new!

I've never had an experience that this much has gone so wrong.
