This is a refreshing change from going into a crowded Apple store. Local business, down to earth, very knowledgable and friendly. I'm sometimes wary of shopping at local tech shops because of the mark up on product but they somehow can afford to sell product at the same price as apple. Not to mention they know what they are doing which is also rare for a local tech shop. This is a local business I definitely recommend. I will be testing your other shops around hawaii when on business travel.

MME is awesome. They know what they are doing and help the customers understand it. I'm a computer-newb yet the techs can make something actually make sense to me. The prices are great, the people are friendly, and the service is outstanding. Thanks to all the MME staff for making this a great place to shop or receive service. If your mac product is acting up go to these guys! They know their stuff. Now they also have a location in Kapolei which is much closer to home!

AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL HONOLULU MAC SERVICE. DON'T KNOW HOW THEY STAY IN BUSINESS!

Since the 1990's, I have given them a chance every 5 years or so to redeem themselves. Still INCOMPETENT, DISHONEST, BUT CHARGE YOU ANYWAY. I had hoped for better service after they received such bad notices a while ago...but, I was wrong! Your friend's kid brother (or sister) will do a better job, and not cost you an arm and a leg to do so. Guarantees? They don't stand behind them.
