Poor customer service. I would not recommend this place. Sure it is clean and nice, but the owner, Jenny is not very bride friendly. I bought my dress in 10/08 and my wedding was 10/09. At that time, she was very nice and gracious. However, the serious problems occurred when I went for the fittings a year later. Now, I had gained a few inches over the year. Rightfully so, I was under a quite bit of stress and I own that. Now, I am a size 4 and I got a size 6 dress. When I went in for the fitting, it was apparent that the dress was tight. Jenny, did not like that. She must of said over 10 times during the fitting how displeased she was about how I gained weight. My matron of honor and bridesmaid that were with me were appalled at the customer service. I was just so shocked at how she treated me. I am the bride and yes, I gained some weight, but she did not have to act in that manner. Mind you, she isn't thin either. Right after me was another client waiting to try her dress on. The client was thin and fit and Jenny's affect was completely different - much more happier and polite.

After that experience, I did not feel good about myself that entire week up until my wedding. I was so preoccupied about how I looked, that I looked fat, etc. I cried to my fiance about this. I shouldn't have had to experience this. I mean, I am a size 4! And she made feel like I was 10xs my size. Many months later, I spoked to another woman who bought her dress from here as well. She told me that Jenny acted the same way towards her and that was because she does not like to do more work than she needs to. She will become upset and complain if she has to alter your dress and do more work.

So the moral of the story is...don't come here to get your dress. Poor customer service and terrible attitudes. You shouldn't have to worry about a wedding shop owner making comments. You want someone who has tact, sensitivity, and professionalism. This is not the place.

modern and trendy wedding gowns for practical brides( for rent or purchase). great selection of wedding gowns to buy and or rent!

I rented my gown because it was just very practical for me to do so. I was going to be moving shortly after, didn't want to waste money preserving something I'm never going to wear again. When I have a daughter, she probably wouldn't wear it either 25 years from now, because it's probably going to be a dingy yellow!

The total price of wedding gown to rent was around $1000, sounds kinda of steep for a rental BUT the price includes:

the steaming of gown

alterations (length, bust..etc.. etc)

Swarovski veil

necklace

earrings

shoes

you can purchase the gowns for $100 more but you don't get anything and alterations alone will set you back a couple hundred dollars...

also, this is a new boutique so they have a newer inventory then other vendors that have been around for many years...

Jenny was very helpful and I would recommend them for all the future brides out there looking to rent or buy a trendy, modern, up-to-date wedding gown
