BEWARE of this place POOR! POOR! POOR!. Been taking my cars to Sears (mainly out of convenience) over last few years... and I have had issues with them but this week took the cake. I took my Sienna there for shocks and struts. They call me to tell me how bad the brakes are and whomever did the work put in the wrong brake pads (Their work 4 months ago!) and the tire is unbalanced (their work!) and by the way while we were working on your car we broke your windshield!! 4:30 p.m. Sun) Oh and we can't fix it till Tues 8-12p.m. and dont worry 'your car is drivable" NO! the crack got much Bigger when I drove it MONDAY!! risking my life to not miss a day of work (Oh well! sorry!) Arrive Tues 8:30a.m. leave the car... no call return back 1:45p.m. car still sitting with broken windshield and only then did they call the vendor to see when they were coming!! C'MON people! So I bow out of work and completely freak out b/c now its 2 p.m and I can't get my windshield fixed... They finally fix it at 5 p.m. I get my car back...and all I get in compensation for a day of lost wages!! is Oh... sorry! and excuses!! Completely incompetent individuals!!! guys standing around and no one is being accountable for Shoddy work! if you like your car and your money!! STAY away from this place!!

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!. Went in to Kaneohe, HI auto department for routine tire balance and rotation. Many employees standing around, little knew what to do. Tried complaining to manager and we confronted by hostility and bad attitude. This department was virtually empty, no one seemd motivated to serve or assist. FORMER Sears customer/ of 40-plus years. No wonder the share price is falling. Would not recommend this place to ANYONE,
