Dog and family - so compassionate and professional!. I just bought the DVD featuring Dog and his (beautiful) family apprehending several wanted suspects. Not only did I truly feel a connection to each and every one of these talented, compassionate people . . . but I was struck by how important it is to embrace Christianity in our every-day dealings with others. As I watched this lovely family go about their all-important missive for our society, I saw that they were helping not only those of us in society who abide by the "norms", but also those troubled people who habitually stay in one difficult situation after another, and that they helped them to turn their lives around. I literally cried during the "save the dogs" episode, but not in a bad way. As an avid animal lover (and rescuer, myself), I saw that reaching out to those who many of us would deem "unworthy of empathy" can actually turn an otherwise wasted life around. My own life hasn't been very happy lately, but when I feel really down, I know I can watch this DVD and get a renewed sense of purpose, a wider sense of empathy toward others, and a renewed belief in the possibility of redemption in my fellow man. When I start believing that everyone is "bad", I can tune in and see what a huge difference the Chapmans have made. It lifts me up. I chuckled when I heard Dog say (in regard to the family's children . . . that they "keep making them" ). Considering what beautiful humans these Chapmans are, I think that is a good thing! Anyway, thank you so much for being a lovely Christian family, and for sharing family moments with us. I wanted to hug those darling children when they were excitedly playing with their new rabbits. God bless you for teaching gentleness for those who are vulnerable. I am such a fan, and I wish you all the very, very best! Rhonda

Professional, but no English skills. Look, I love the concept of playing hard ball to catch felons and then helping them if possible, but now that they have a show, they need to improve English. At least 20 times a show, someone say's "Where is he at? , Where is she at?, where is their house at?, Do you know where I can find him at?, etc..." Stop adding the damn at. It's red neck and for people that did not graduate high school. Kids look up to your family, so practice using proper English.

If you want to know where someone's car is, then simply say.

Where is the car? or

Do you know where the car is? (Not is at).

3 generations of a family and you still don't get it. Buy a grammar for dummies book. Catch those criminals when you can find where they are (not they're at).

Showing Respect & Love For Champman Family. I read some of these reviews from the Fans of "Dog The Bounty Hunter " and I was disappointed at some of the postings so out of respect and love for the Chapman Family and their popular tv show and successful bail bonds business I'd like to express a few words to the disappointed fan that wanted picture taken on the property of Da Kine Bail Bonds. The Chapmans work very hard to keep the community safe and and in addition they serve as role models for millions of fans abroad. Visiting Hawaii is a wonderful experience... I too have been to Honolulu twice and just adore it. I too am a huge fan of DOG THE BOUNTY HUNTER on A&E TV ... however... I respect the Champans privacy as they are doing a job which is often dangerous and they put themselves in harms way. Some people may see them as celeberties because of their tv show... but in reality their jobs require them to put themselves in dangerous situations to keep our streets safe... much like our police officers , fire fighters, and first responders to 911 situations! For "anyone" to show up as a "tourist" and/or "fan" on the private property of the Chapmans Family business "DaKine Bail Bonds" seems to me to be very disrespectful and distasteful. Furthermore... to see that a disappointed fan has posted his negative thoughts about his experience from being removed from the property of DaKine Bail Bonds is selfish and thoughtless considering that his only intention of being on the Chapmans Business Property was to get photos taken with The Chapman Family. I hope anyone who reads this posting who may be thinking of visiting Da Kine Bail Bonds just to meet the Chapmans and/or Dog The Bounty Hunter would reconsider their intentions and respect the Chapman Family and give them the privacy they deserve. I too am a huge fan of Dog The Bounty Hunter... but lets take into consideration that they are a family that goes after criminals to make arrest... so they must live in fear that any visitor to their property may seem to be a threat to their safety considering what they do for a living. Let's all admire the Chapmans from our homes on television and NOT impose of their private lives or work careers. There are plenty of events scheduled for fans to meet the cast of "DOG THE BOUNTY HUNTER"... so in the future my best advice would be to plan to attend one of those events rather then to interfear with their work at Da Kine Bail Bonds. To the man who posted negative thoughts about the Chapman Family because he was removed from their business property ... you shouldn't take it so personal... you totally imposed on their work environment and most likely were perceived as a celeberty stalker! The 200th Episode was fantastic... I wish The Chapman Family all the best in the future and look foward to another 200 new episodes in the future. Thanks for risking yourselves to keep the criminal off of our streets... thanks for your love and compasion... and to that disgruntal FAN... where mercy is shown mercy is given. WE LOVE YOU DOG...
