OWNER give VERY BAD customer service.
I have eaten here at least 15 times, the food is decent but not great.
Tonight a VERY BAD experience with the owner.
I purchased a Group Coupon ($25 for $12 dollars). It expires 3/31 and had strict restrictions no take out being one of them.
I called the owner to ask him if he could make an exception on the no take out rule as I was sick and couldn't come in.
NO, I explained my situation, told him how many times we had eaten there ...NO, I said excuse me but over $12 you are willing to risk losing a customer. He said Thank you and hung up on me.
Needless to say I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.
Lucky for him that in this bad economy he can afford to lose valuable, return customers!
