Take the time to explore the side paths, most of the cool plants and sights are off the main road to the falls.

We enjoyed the entire experience. Slow beautiful stroll through a botanical garden.

Waterfall itself a bit underwhelming, but the hike is worth it. Dont get the shuttles unless you really need them, you will miss so much

Leptospirosis bacteria may be present in the water. Do not drink the water and keep water out of open wounds (including small scratches) and eyes.

Bring your bathing suit and a towel if you plan on swimming in the falls!

recommend. waimea falls grill is a busy place at 1pm, people are coming in from walking waimea falls, it has a limited amount of food to order from, but the food is good. Watch out for the peacocks, they pop out of no where.
