Beautiful Stained glass like art.
During my visit to the Dole Plantation, I came across what I thought was a vendor selling stained glass art. Instead, it was art made of painted shell material. It was beautiful!
The piece I bought was a perfect display of Oahu...it had Diamond Head on it, palm tree, plumeria flowers, sunset over the ocean, turtles and people kayaking in the ocean waves. All with bright beautiful colors. It was the perfect souvenir of my trip.
I had it sent because I did not want it to break on my way home to Illinois. It did take a little more than 3 weeks to get to me (they promised 2-3 weeks), however, it was worth the wait. It is now proudly displayed in my kitchen.
