Best Soba noodles and Tempura. I love this restaurant.

Most AUTHENTIC Japanese cuisine I've ever had.

I'll wait in line any day to have the fresh soba they serve here. Just like the zaru soba I've had in places like Yamagata and Akita area in Japan.

The tempura is not the "Americanized" tempura we're all so used to in Hawaii and the mainland. The tempura batter is slight, not covering the shrimp and the the pumpkin tempura and sweet potato tempura are also fantastic.

Lunch is crowded and so is dinner most of the times I go, so get there early.

I am torn because I don't want too many people finding out about this restaurant so that I'd have to wait everytime I go...but on the otherhand I want them to have good business so that they'll come up with more and more menus and dishes!

I love Inaba!
